Window Plants


NIJMEGEN, HOLLAND -- 2011. This double-sided accordion book was inspired by domesticated plant-life in Nijmegen: One side displays a series of photographs in which a white, rectangular window blind is held behind a single weed, framing it. The reverse side contains a panoramic photo of potted cacti on an office windowsill.

I created this edition of 45 booklets during Deelstaat=, with support from Extrapool and Sandarbh.
